Product Manager (Newton, MA)

Examity, the world leader in learning validation and online proctoring, is looking for a hands-on and ambitious Product Manager to join the growing team at the Newton headquarters. We are seeking a collaborative and creative leader to help scale and grow our organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this position will play a crucial role in shaping our product vision and roadmap.

What you are responsible for:

  • Become a subject matter expert in our market, understanding opportunities, ecosystem and competition.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and validate proposed solutions. 
  • Document and prioritize requirements to drive product development.
  • Collaborate with our engineering, UX and operations teams to establish release goals and develop high-impact products and functionality that delight our customers.
  • Communicate product plans across the organization to ensure understanding, gain alignment and provide support to the business. Manage stakeholder expectations within and across functions.
  • Actively support the rollout, enablement and adoption of our solutions to ensure market success.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and account management: deliver product briefs, train the team on new product features and capabilities, and participate in pre-sale activities.
  • Collect and analyze product success data to inform future iterations of product vision.

What we require:

  • 2+ Years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Creative and curious with an entrepreneurial spirit. You can quickly assess and solve problems and establish new approaches to meeting customer and market needs.  
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and resilient. You are determined to see initiatives through to completion and focused on driving teamwork to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You communicate ideas effectively across audiences. Serves as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the product.
  • Experience with Fundamentals of Product Management. Experience working with common product management frameworks and concepts: agile, scrum, lean, MVP, user story, backlog, etc.
  • You’re excited both by product strategy and execution. You will participate in setting direction, in addition to spending a lot of time diving into the weeds.
  • Integrity, commitment and humor. You do the right thing, treat others with respect and enjoy working with those around you.
  • Able to work cross-functionality to bring new products and capabilities to market. Comfortable with influencing without authority.
  • Familiarity with video streaming, AI video analysis or identity management products is highly desirable.

Senior Data Analyst (Newton, MA)

Examity, the fastest-growing Edtech company in North America, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will lead an effort to use data as a strategic driver. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter who will play a pivotal role with some of our most important accounts.

Essential Duties:

  • Work directly with company leaders to identify analytical requirements
  • Analyze each phase of the test-taker experience and determine opportunities for enhancements
  • Perform data extraction, manipulation, cleaning, analysis, and QA of large datasets
  • Evaluate the results of the data extraction and transform these results into insights and recommendations
  • Champion and educate the business on how to extract value from data

Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree required in either mathematics, computer science, statistics or economics
  • 5+ years of equivalent experience in data analysis, preferably with complex operations analysis
  • Advanced Excel experience or familiarity with other analytical tools is a must

Client Experience Representatives are part of Examity’s Customer Team, providing proctoring, customer service and technical support. Responsible for building and managing strong client partnerships, this position is central to the success of Examity.

Essential Duties

  • Grow existing customer relationships through ongoing support and customer advocacy
  • Work with customers to determine the unique needs of their organization

Education

The IT Specialist is primarily focused on technical resources that include maintaining the business relationship, monitoring performance, and ensuring product performance in accordance with specifications. As a secondary focus, the IT Specialist will also participate in new client onboarding with our web development team.
