Project Manager (Newton, MA)

Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with Examity strategy and goals. Responsibilities include consulting, managing project resources, project management duties including time management for the life of the project, vendor management, and client relationship management.

Essential Duties

  • Project Ownwership

    • Drives all project-related activities for assigned clients/projects with attention to efficiency, timing and superior service to the client and/or intended audience.
    • Facilitates and consults on proctoring program best practices, design and configuration of solution, change communications and training.
    • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  •  Project Scope
    • Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables and facilitates completion of client change orders, as required.
    • Work with our India based systems engineers to execute the technology steps to launch new clients, including customizations and integration at the API level.
    • Assesses and minimizes business exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Tracking

    • Completes other project management duties when required such as timeline management, issue resolution, UAT, and initial client reviews.
    • Navigates project changes effectively, remove barriers and coordinating with a variety of cross-functional project team members.
  • Team Management

    • Coordinates with other team members and resources as needed to ensure on-time deliverables.
    • Provide consistent high-level communication to internal and external stakeholders on project status and changes.

Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Product Development, the UX Designer will work closely with product management and engineering to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.  This individual must be passionate about design and usability, a creative thinker and a flexible collaborator. The Designer will have the opportunity to create, execute, and perfect a UX vision that will help shape the future of the Examity offerings.

Essential Duties

  • Work with product management, clients and partners to understand market needs and user requirements and translate them into intuitive, elegant and compelling user experiences for complex interactions.
  • Research, brainstorm, and develop the visual and user experience design for Examity offerings.
  • Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables such as use cases, task flows, detailed mockups for development, and QA.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced machine learning engineer or data scientist with strong developer skills. The Machine Learning Engineer will apply a broad knowledge of AI and ML techniques to design and implement authentication, proctoring and automation solutions across the Examity product line. We authenticate and proctor millions of exams each year. As a result, you will have a vast pool of video data to analyze and leverage. Part-time Auditor (Alpharetta, GA)

Position Overview

Primary duties of a Part-time Auditor would include auditing for quality our recorded exam sessions and customer support through chat, phone, and email. Training will be provided on location.

Essential Duties

  • Review recorded video sessions of exams.
  • Identify technical issues occurring during video recording.
  • Identify violations of school policy.
  • Ensure proper authentication of student.
  • Document any observed variances.
  • Communicate with account management team any quality concerns.
  • Answer phone, email and chat inquiries.
  • Ask questions to uncover needs.
  • Present students with the best solution.
  • Answer billing questions.
  • Connect students to their proctors and exams.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide resolution.
  • Document casework accurately.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Customer service background and experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to Newton office during normal business hours
  • Flexible schedule and some weekend work
